Its service practices and advocates early and continuous contact between mothers and children, the kangaroo method and breastfeeding, in short: the good treatment of newborns, mothers and fathers through the concept of the Open Neonatal Unit and since 2008 it has also been equipped with the first public hospital breast milk bank in Spain.
