Ochiai Yoshiiku (1833-1904), Japanese painter and printer of the late Edo and Meiji periods, his real name was Ochiai Ikujiro and he signed his works as Keisai, Ikkeisai or Utagawa Yoshiiku or as Ochiai Ikujiro, Chokaro, Sharakusai or Keiami. Disciple of the engraver Utagawa Kuniyoshi.
His work Women in a public toilet is used in this postal block commemorating the World Exhibition in Osaka. An infant can be seen trying to attach itself to its mother's breast.
