Filippino Lippi, Florentine painter (Prato, 1457-Florence, 1504), son of the painter Fra Filippo Lippi and the novice Lucrezia Buti, disciple of his father and of Botticelli. He painted The Virgin and Child with Saint Jerome and Saint Dominic around 1485. It is now in the National Gallery, London.
