Breastfeeding education booklet written in Swahili and compiled by Dr. Luis M. González, an anaesthesiologist at the Marina Alta Hospital in Denia, Spain (accredited by the IHAN of WHO-UNICEF from 1999 until its closure in 2009 as a Baby Friendly Hospital), during his work placement as a volunteer anaesthetist with Plasticos Mundi in February 2006 at the Kilimanjaro Christian Medical Centre (KCMC).

Plástikos Mundi is a Spanish non-profit foundation that has been providing reconstructive surgery services to children and adults in Third and Fourth World countries since 2000.

The KCMC is the largest hospital in the northern region of Tanzania; it is located 5 km from the city of Moshi, at the foot of Kilimanjaro, has 450 beds, 1000 employees and serves a population of 11 million people. It was founded in 1971 by the Good Samaritan Foundation.
